By accessing or using the services provided by Sankalp Software ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, ERP software, and WhatsApp API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our software complies with all applicable local, state, and national regulations, including GST compliance laws in India.

3. WhatsApp Business API Usage

When using our WhatsApp API integration:

• You must adhere to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• You may not use the service to send spam, scams, or prohibited content.
• Sankalp Software is not responsible for bans or suspensions of your WhatsApp account imposed by Meta due to policy violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, designs, graphics, and logos (excluding client logos) are the exclusive property of Sankalp Software. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our software for your internal business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sankalp Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services or us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
